The following delivery schedule estimates the complete time frame to receive an order. Since MyGlasses.com has access to hundreds of thousands of frames, most orders arrive at our warehouse direct from the manufacturer within 1-3 business days after an order is placed.

We then carefully inspect each order prior to shipment for any defects or errors. If there is any error or delay in your order we will notify you. Orders placed by 4pm EST (Mon-Fri) will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).

All special orders: progressives, high prescriptions, transitions, custom tints, anti-reflective lenses, rimless orders, and special order frames, please allow 7-10 extra business days.
