Exchanges
At MyGlasses.com we understand that you may change your mind about your selection, so we allow a one time only exchange per order within 15 days of receiving your order. If the newly selected frame is of a greater value than the original, you will be charged the difference in price, and if the newly selected frame is of a lesser value we will refund you the difference of 20%. Prescription lenses are custom made and are not refundable. We will allow a one time remake of your custom lenses at a 50% discount in price within the 15 day grace period.
All returned items for exchange must be unused and in the original condition you received them in. Please do not forget to include demo lenses. Without demo lens your package will not be accepted for exchange. All shipping fees on returned items for exchange are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance added for the full value of the order.
Refunds on Frames and Sunglasses
If within 15 days from receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it no questions asked. You will be refunded the merchandise amount paid less a 20% restocking fee and less any shipping and handling fees incurred. If you received the items with free/discounted shipping and handling your refund will be less an additional $6.95 fee. Simply email our Customer Satisfaction Department at CustomerSatisfaction@myglasses.com within 15 days from the date your order was received to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

Prescription Change
In the event of a change in prescription from your doctor, MyGlasses.com™ will remake your lenses at a 50% discount within 30 days from receiving your glasses.
Warranties on Frames
Our frames are warrantiee against any manufacturer defects within 1 year from purchasing. Manufacturer's defects include: hinges, discolorations, welding points, and structural design. MyGlasses.com will not warranty frames for any obvious misuse causing frame damage. If you have any questions regarding a damaged frame please contact one of our specialists at customerservice@myglasses.com. If your frame is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect we will replace the frame provided that it is not discontinued (no longer made). Please be advised that all shipping and handling fees, this may include international duties and or taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranties on Prescription Lenses
MyGlasses.com automatically places a scratch-resistant coating on every lens we sell. Unfortunately, these coatings are not scratch proof and may be scratched with improper handling or cleaning. In the unlikely event that your lenses become so scratched that you wish them replaced, MyGlasses.com will replace them onetime within 1 year of purchase at a reduced rate of 50% off the price you purchased them. Please be advised that all shipping and handling fees, this may include international duties and or taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warranties on Sunglasses
All sunglasses warranties and repairs are best handled directly with the manufacturer. MyGlasses.com does not warranty sunglass lenses.
