Customer Guarantee

At MyGlasses.com your order undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection to ensure 100% accuracy.  In the unlikely event of an error, we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible at no cost to you.  Any return shipping fees will be credited as "vision points" toward your MyGlasses.com account.

Exchanges

At MyGlasses.com we understand that you may change your mind about your selection, so we allow a one time only exchange per order within 15 days of receiving your order.  If the newly selected frame is of a greater value than the original, you will be charged the difference in price, and if the newly selected frame is of a lesser value we will refund you the difference.  Prescription lenses are custom made and are not refundable.  We will allow a one time remake of your custom lenses at a 50% discount in price within the 15 day grace period.  

All returned items for exchange must be unused and in the original condition you received them in.  All shipping fees on returned items for exchange are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance added for the full value of the order.


Refunds on Frames and Sunglasses

If within 15 days from receiving your order, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it no questions asked.  You will be refunded the merchandise amount paid less a 20% restocking fee and less any shipping and handling fees incurred.  If you received the items with free shipping and handling your refund will be less an additional $8.95 fee.  Simply email our Customer Satisfaction Department at  CustomerSatisfaction@myglasses.com within 15 days from the date your order was received to receive return instructions and a return authorization number. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted. 

All returned items must be unused and in the original condition you received them in.  After your return is received and inspected, please allow 2 weeks to process your credit card refund.   

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend using USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance added for the full value of the order.  MyGlasses.com™ is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.


Refunds on Prescription Lenses

All prescription lenses are custom made and are not refundable.

Prescription Change

In the event of a change in prescription from your doctor, MyGlasses.com™ will remake your lenses at a 50% discount within 30 days from receiving your glasses.
